Quality Policy Statement

Bowers Electricals Limited (BEL) operate a Quality Management System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and through our people and quality management system we endeavour to provide, and continually improve the quality of our products and services to our customers both satisfying and exceeding their requirements. Whilst the primary operations are the supply of transformers, HV & LV switchgear, motors, and conducting motor repairs there are numerous related activities across which we will pursue continuous improvement and establish strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

We are committed to improving our quality performance by:

• Providing products and services to our customers that satisfy our statutory and regulatory obligations along with fulfilling their expectations.
• Effectively identifying non-conformances as a method for improvement and implementing corrective actions to prevent a recurrence.
• Driving the whole business through best practices for quality, and continuous
• Identifying opportunities by analysing test results, delivery performance, and customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Completing internal audits and management reviews to identify improvements and continually strive for excellence.
• Providing training and support as required to enable employees to produce quality products and services for our customers.
• Establishing and reviewing annual quality objectives within the framework of the Quality Management System. Monitoring and reviewing performance at least annually against established targets set at periodic review meetings.

Whilst the Management of BEL will facilitate this statement and ensure it is updated to reflect legislativechanges and improvements in technology, it is a requirement of all BEL employees to achieve a better working environment. As such, adherence to this policy is a condition of employment.

The Quality Management system is reviewed and audited annually, to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organisation’s activities.

This Policy will be communicated to all persons working under the control of the organisation and will be made available to interested parties upon request.
